Strawberry Chia Seed Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 1/2 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup black or white chia seeds
  • 1/4 granola


  1. Do ahead – add yogurt, honey, and 1/2 of the strawberries in a blender and mix until strawberries are fully chopped into mixture.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Place the mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning, scoop heaping spoons full of strawberry yogurt mixture into a glass or dish.
  5. Chop the remaining strawberries into small diced pieces to place on top of the yogurt mix.
  6. Top with granola.
