Did this recipe use the whole rotisserie chicken? Needing to double it. So wondering if I need to buy 2.
Also will this sit ok or need to be eaten immediately?
Laura Franco says
Hi Mari, The recipe calls for three cups of rotisserie chicken. Depending upon the size of the chicken you buy, you may or may not have leftovers. These are fine to be made a few hours in advance and served at room temperature. My family also likes the cold the next day.
