Roasted Asparagus Three Ways – Method Three- Wrapped in Bacon

- 12–15 Fresh asparagus spears
- 6 – 8 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °.
- Cut bacon into thin strips.
- Wrap each piece of asparagus with bacon making sure not to overlap the bacon.
- Bake on a parchment covered cookie sheet or baking pan for 15-20 minutes depending upon the crispness you desire.
- Cool on a cooling rack.
