Raspberry Nice Cream

Raspberry Nice Cream – It’s just like ice cream but nicer. Nicer because it’s made just with fruit and a bit of honey. Three small ingredients that will keep you feeling “nice”.

I always have fruit, including bananas in my freezer that I usually use to make smoothies. My Raspberry Nice Cream is like a frozen smooth and it makes a very festive dessert to serve to family and friends. The first time I made this I really couldn’t believe how easy it was and how amazingly yummy it is. And you know it’s good for you!  All you need are raspberries, bananas, honey and a blender. You really need to try this one!

I use my Vitamix for this recipe instead of a traditional blender. I like the Vitamix because it makes the perfectly smooth.

Raspberry Nice Cream

• Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

• 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
• 2 frozen bananas
• 1 TBS honey

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Place mixture in a freezer friendly container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
3. Scoop and serve just like ice cream.
