We love this easy appetizer that can be assembled ahead of time and grilled for just a minute to give the prosciutto a charred salty taste that goes perfectly with the juicy fresh peaches and salty feta cheese. They are easy and elegant and seriously, who can resist peaches wrapped in pork?

Reader Questions
It is an Italian dry-cured ham. It has a dry salty taste and is usually sliced very thin.
You can use small thin slices of deli ham but this recipe is MUCH better using the prosciutto.
Absolutely yes! This recipe would also be very good with fresh firm plums or apricots.
Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
- Prosciutto can be very expensive, so I recommend buying just the amount you need for the recipe. Ask the person at the deli counter to cut 6 very thin slices of prosciutto. You will save a lot of money and will not have any waste.
- In my opinion, sometimes prosciutto can have too much fat. I find the extra fat tends to make it a bit chewy. I like to peel off some of the larger fat pieces while leaving the smaller thin lines which hold a lot of flavor.
