Up your brunch game with a delightful, fizzy Pink Champagne Raspberry Float made with sparkling pink champagne and raspberry sorbet.
Recently I was testing a few different drinks for an upcoming party with family and friends. Among several on my list was Pink Champagne Raspberry Float. It was so good it made the top drink for the get-together. The funny part about it is that hubby, Vince, loved this champagne cocktail. And when I say “loved” – I mean he LOVED it. I found it odd and almost humorous for several reasons:
- He’s not much of a Rose guy.
- He’s OK with champagne – but only one glass.
- Beer is his drink of choice.
- He’d rather have vanilla if he’s having ice cream or any type of frozen dessert.
Now that I’ve made Vince out to be totally boring (insert laugh out loud), he sure fooled me. As I was dutifully photographing these drinks, he was grabbing the glasses I was finished with and drinking (well maybe guzzling) them before I even had a taste. Finally, when I was finished I got to “test” one glass. Now Vince is asking for this bubby delicious cocktail every weekend.
