My Pierogi and Kielbasa Skillet Recipe is a hearty family favorite that’s perfect for any weeknight meal. It’s quick, easy, and delicious.

Let’s face it, we all have those nights when we’ve got a million things to do, worked late, or the kids have to be driven to sports or music practice. It’s those nights that I’m happy I keep Kielbasa and Pierogis in my freezer. I can have a delicious meal ready in minutes by adding some fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes. It’s hearty and it makes everyone happy. And, it’s so much better than stopping for fast food.

- Kielbasa
- Frozen Pierogis
- Cherry Tomoates
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Butter
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Thyme
Let’s Make The Best Pierogi and Kielbasa Skillet Recipe
- Cook pierogis in water per the package instructions.
- Slice the kielbasa into medallion bit-sized pieces.
- Add the olive oil to a skillet and turn it on medium heat.
- Add the kielbasa, tomatoes, and thyme.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes on medium heat. The tomatoes will cook down and the kielbasa will carmelize.
- Remove the kielbasa and as many tomatoes as you can from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet, add the boiled pierogis, and brown them on both sides.
- When the pierogis start to brown, add the kielbasa back to the skillet with 1 teaspoon of butter and cook for another 3-5 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 14 ounce package 1 large link Kielbasa sausage
- 1 package frozen cheese pierogis
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 12-14 cherry tomatoes sliced in half

- 1 tbsp butter + 1 teaspoon
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
