Perfect Instant Pot Rice Every Time

You might think cooking rice is one of the easiest things to make. If you said yes to that statement, I know that you haven’t ventured far from the microwave version of rice – which is how I used to “cook” rice. If you agree that cooking perfect rice can be really tricky, then you’ve probably had your share of mess-ups…under-done rice, over-done rice and even burned rice. Well no more – if you have an Instant Pot, you can make perfect Instant pot rice every time – I promise – consistent time-after-time.

Perfect Instant Pot Rice Every Time

If you’ve used a boxed rice in the past, you’re familiar with adding a bit more water than rice. With the Instant Pot, you use 1:1 ratio of water to rice. So if you are using 1 cup of rice, you use 1 cup of water. And you don’t even need to use traditional measuring cups…if you are using one teacup of rice, you use one teacup of water. Get it! Great!
