Parmesan Frico Cups

I first learned to make these little cheese bites when low-carb was all the rage. Imagine – baked or fried cheese was OK on that specific diet. In this video, I will show you how to take the basic cheese or parmesan crisp and turn it into a little bowl for salad, pasta or just about anything else you can imagine in a small bite. Quick, easy and ready in less than 10 minutes – give it a try – your friends and family will think you are very clever.
