Make these on Sunday night and you have an instant, healthy breakfast you can eat on the run.
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup Greek yogurt (I use plan but you can certain use any flavor)
1 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
1-2 TBS honey (or sweetener of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Divide into individual serving sized mason jars or glasses. Cover and refrigerate over night. When you’re ready to eat, top them with Fruity Granola and fresh berries. It’s good for you!
