Ingredients
- Nilla Wafers
- Frozen orange juice concentrate
- Powdered sugar
- Butter
- Shredded Sweetened Coconut
- Sanding Sugar for decorating
Let’s Make No-Bake Tropical Nilla Wafer Bites
- Place Nilla Wafers in a food processor and pulse until cookies are crushed.
- Place crushed cookies in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Add butter, orange juice, and powdered sugar to the bowl with the crushed cookies.
- Mix together with a hand mixer.
- Fold the coconut into the mixture.
- Roll the dough into small balls and then roll them in sanding sugar.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

- 1/2 box of Nilla Wafers I use the tiny ones because they are easier to crush
- 6 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
