No Bake Nutella Berry Pound Cake

  1. Place frozen berries, water and honey in a stove top pan.
  2. Heat on high, watching it carefully, until it starts to boil.
  3. Turn down to a simmer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit until it is room temperature or place in refrigerator and cool.
  5. Slice pound cake into slices.
  6. Place each slice of pound cake on the grill or in a grill pan.
  7. Cook both sides of each slice of pound cake until you have grill marks.
  8. Place a spoon full of Nutella on each piece of pound cake.
  9. Drizzle fruit on top of the Nutella.
  10. Garnish with some toasted coconut (optional).
