No-Bake Mint Oreo Cookie Balls combine two favorite flavor profiles – mint and chocolate. They are a no-bake dessert with just 3 ingredients.
Although I first made these for St. Patrick’s Day, we like them so much that we make them all year round. They are especially easy because you can make them ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator. And you can also freeze them in an airtight container. Because my husband and I are now “empty-nesters,” making large-batch treats is not something we often do unless we are having company. But these are one exception because they freeze so nicely. So now I can make a whole batch and just pull out a couple 5-10 minutes before we are ready for a chocolate minty snack.
You won’t believe that there are only 3 ingredients in these decadent little treats:
- Mint Oreo cookies
- Cream cheese
- While chocolate chips
Krazy Kitchen Mom Tip: You can make any flavor of Oreo cookie balls by just using a different flavor of Oreo cookies. You can even substitute the white chocolate chips for semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chip. Get creative – everyone will love them!

- Add desired sprinkles or decorations.
- Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Krazy Kitchen Mom Tip: Placing the balls of dough in the freezer before frosting helps them not to melt or breaks apart when you dip them into the hot melted white chocolate.
No Bake Mint Oreo Cookie Balls can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
