Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup chocolate flavored almond milk
- 1/2 cup white chia seeds
- 1 TBS instant (granulated) coffee
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a large-sized mason jar and shake vigorously.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold, topped with berries or pomegranate seeds.
Notes
When using chia seeds to make pudding, the ratio is always 1/4 cup of seeds to 1 cup of liquid.
