If you love the taste of chocolate and coffee together, you’re going to love Mocha Coffee Chia Pudding. This dessert is actually healthy and good for you!


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chocolate flavored almond milk
  • 1/2 cup white chia seeds
  • 1 TBS instant (granulated) coffee


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a large-sized mason jar and shake vigorously.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Serve cold, topped with berries or pomegranate seeds.


When using chia seeds to make pudding, the ratio is always 1/4 cup of seeds to 1 cup of liquid.
