If you are really in the mood for rich chocolate this is the perfect (and easy) dessert. You can make it ahead of time and it is also a great one to sever guests.
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips – 12 oz. (You could use butterscotch chips instead for a butterscotch pudding)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 shot of Kahlua (you could also use brandy or another liquor)
1 cup of hot milk
Add all ingredients into the mixer or blender except hot milk. Slowly add hot milk and blend on high for 1 minute until it is smooth and creamy. Pour into small dessert glasses and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
