It’s quick and easy to make Mexican Style Shrimp Cocktail with fresh ingredients and bloody mary cocktail mix.



For the shrimp:

To roast the shrimp:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Place shrimp, lime juice and bloody mary mix in a bowl and let them marinate while the oven preheats.
  3. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.
  4. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for 15-20 minutes.

To assemble the shrimp cocktail:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Serve in decorative glasses with tortilla chips.
