Mexican Style Shrimp Cocktail


It’s quick and easy to make Mexican Style Shrimp Cocktail with fresh ingredients and bloody mary cocktail mix.



For the shrimp:

  • 1 lb. raw shrimp – peeled and deveined
  • Juice from 1 small lime
  • 1/2 cup Cocktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix

For the shrimp cocktail:

  • 1 lb. roasted shrimp – diced (save a couple of whole shrimp for garnish)
  • 1 avocado – diced
  • 2 stalks of celery – sliced thin
  • 23 Roma tomatoes – seeds removed and diced
  • 1 jalapeno – seeds removed and diced small
  • 1/2 English cucumber – diced
  • 2 handfuls of fresh cilantro – roughly chopped
  • Juice from 1 small lime
  • 11/4 cup Cocktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix


To roast the shrimp:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Place shrimp, lime juice and bloody mary mix in a bowl and let them marinate while the oven preheats.
  3. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.
  4. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for 15-20 minutes.

To assemble the shrimp cocktail:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Serve in decorative glasses with tortilla chips.
