Spicy – Sweet – Spicy – Sweet
2 ripe mangos peeled and diced
1 jalapeno pepper – seeds removed and halved
2 TBS sugar
Place diced mangos, halved and seeded pepper in a small pot on the stove top. Cook on high until boiling; reduce heat and cook until the mangos begins to break down. Heat on low for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; bring to room temperature; jar and refrigerator.
This is great on grilled chicken, fish and even with Mango Popovers!
