A bright and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for sipping while you relax with friends and family. The lemonade pairs nicely with the warm orange notes of the Aperol.
Why I Love This Cocktail
Move over Mimosa; there’s a new cocktail in town and it’s pretty amazing! If you follow any of my social media, then you know that I am crazy about Aperol and Prosecco. You also know I love anything that has lemon as an ingredient.
Ingredients
Aperol
Aperol is an Italian aperitif with a bitter orange citrus flavor much like an orange rind.
Prosecco
Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine that is much less expensive than French Champagne.
Lemonade
I use a good store-bought lemonade for this cocktail. You can also use fresh-squeezed lemonade
Garnishes
Every cocktail needs a garnish. A big bouquet of fresh mint leaves and a slice of fresh lemon brighten this cocktail beyond belief.

This is my new favourite drink. So yummy! Had a bbq and all the ladies absolutely loved it! Nice twist to an old favourite aperil spritz with soda. The lemonade changes the drink so much yet still
Reminiscent of the old version. The lemonade enhances the taste.
