I call this “International” because I mix Greek and Mexican ingredients and it’s full of bold flavor from the Greek spices with an amazing creamy bit with the Mexican cheese.
1 small container of cherry tomatoes – I like heirloom tomatoes
1 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of All Purpose Greek Seasoning
Add olive oil to stove top skillet and heat. Add cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Heat on medium until the tomatoes start to blister.
We love to serve this with Greek Tilapia. Enjoy!
