- 5 large apples – peeled and dices
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 TBS Splenda Brown Sugar (or regular brown sugar)
- 1 TBS cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a stove top pan.
- Cook on high for 2-4 minutes, until it just starts to boil.
- Turn to low and cook for 20-25 minutes stirring from time-to-time.
