Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips

Use High-Quality Meat for Meatballs: If making them from scratch, look for a blend of ground beef and pork to ensure they stay tender and juicy. If you can’t find a pre-packaged blend, buy ground beef and ground pork and blend them yourself. You can also use frozen and thawed meatballs for quick convenience.

Toast the Rolls for Extra Crunch: Lightly toast your Hawaiian rolls before assembling the sliders. This adds a slight crunch and helps prevent them from getting soggy once the meatballs and sauce are added.

Go Heavy on the Cheese: Top with a generous amount of cheese for that gooey, melty goodness.
