My Grasshopper Parfaits are full of rich chocolate pudding and fresh mint flavored whipped cream for just the right minty chocolate combination.
Who doesn’t love the combination of rich dark chocolate and mint? Exactly! Everyone loves these flavors together. A couple of weeks ago I had a small bite of mint chocolate chip ice cream – and – wow was it delicious. It took me back many years when I used to go to the ice cream shop with my Mom and Dad and all I would eat was mint chocolate chip. I have no idea why I haven’t had two of my favorite flavors in a long long time. But that’s all over now.
My chocolate minty Grasshopper Parfaits are easy to make and fun to serve. I just love when someone takes a bite of something I love and they say “Wow this is really good”. I am excited to share this recipe with you so you can make it and your friends and family will also say “Wow this is really good”.
