I made this sauce to go with my Dutch Baby Pancakes but have decided that it would taste wonderful over vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt. One simple sauce with lots of ways to use it!
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 TBS water
Place blueberries in stovetop pan; add sugar and water. Heat to boiling, reduce to a simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool and place in a jar in the refrigerator and have fun topping everything with blueberry sauce!
