These Feta Stuffed Greek Style Meatballs are perfect for your next get together with friends and family. They are an easy make-ahead recipe that can be served hot or room temperature.
We have a lot of family get-togethers – in fact, almost every weekend. I love having everyone over but it does keep me on my toe for creating new recipes. And since I truly enjoy entertaining, I like to keep things easy so I am not stuck in the kitchen preparing an ornate meal while everyone else is either out by the pool or gathered around the table playing board games.
My little Feta Stuffed Greek Style Meatballs a perfect make-ahead appetizer that keeps me out of the kitchen and front and center with my guests. They are made with both ground pork and ground beef. I stuff them full of feta cheese crumbles that I buy at my local market. I am not a fan of using the pre-packaged feta crumbles because I think a big block of feta, that you break apart yourself, has so much more flavor. I always have Cavenders Seasoning Greek, 8 oz on hand and it really adds traditional Greek flavors to the meatballs.
I serve these meatballs with a big bowl of my Greek Tzatziki Sauce and some Naan bread or pita chips.
