- 2 heads Romaine lettuce
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Shaved parmesan strips for garnish

Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut potatoes into quarters.

- Remove from oven and flip potatoes with a spatula.
- Roast for another 15 minutes.
