I love this salad dressing so much that I actually licked the whisk after making it. I originally made it to go with a spinach, strawberry, goat cheese salad but I think this would also make a delicious dip for fresh veggies.
If you can’t get the kids to eat salad or veggies, try this Creamy Salad Dressing that is both sweet and tangy. I bet they will dig right in and even ask for seconds. To make it a bit more health, I use low fat Mayonnaise or plane Greek yogurt. You really want to make a big jar of this today and keep it in the refrigerator for handy use.
Sweet Tangy Creamy Dressing
This recipe can easily be cut in half by cutting the ingredients in half.
- 3 cups mayonnaise or plane Greek yogurt (or 1/2 of each)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients with a whisk.
- Refrigerate after making.
