We love a traditional Swiss cheese fondue. This one is rich and creamy and hard to stop eating.
1 1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese
1 1/2 cups Emmentaler cheese
1 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 garlic clove
1 shot Kir liquor
Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic clove. Add cheeses and wine. Sprinkle corn starch on top and stir until creamy and smooth. Remove from heat and add Kir. Serve with bread, applies, grapes and vegetables.
