Cathy’s Famous Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake covered in white chocolate ganache is so moist and rich that it will be your new favorite cake.
My friend Cathy and her husband have a second home in the mountains in a small town in GA. We recently spent a wonderful weekend with them exploring the breathtaking area. We hiked to waterfalls, saw views from the mountain tops, stomped grapes at a wine festival, took a helicopter ride and the guys even had an encounter with a bear. We had so much fun we are thinking of buying a second home in the area ourselves.
And just when the weekend couldn’t get any better, Cathy made the most amazing chocolate cake. Her list of ingredients were not your usually for a bundt cake but she wasn’t messing around. When she served this to us I knew I needed the recipe. And she happily gave it up so I happily named it Cathy’s Famous Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake.
A bundt pan is a must for anyone making a cake, you can buy one here.
If you love this chocolate cake, you will love Birthday Brownie Trifle.
