Ingredients
Let’s Make Campfire Beans and Weenies
- Dice the bell peppers and onions into small pieces.
- Slice the hot dogs and bratwursts into thin medallions.
- Add brown sugar, syrup, olive oil, onions, and bell peppers to a large skillet.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the hot dogs and bratwursts and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Add the baked beans, ketchup, and mustard.
- Stir and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Serve with rolls, bread, or cornbread.

- I recommend using pre-cooked bratwursts.
- All of the ingredients can be easily diced ahead of time for easy assembly when ready to cook.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days. Leftovers reheat easily in the microwave or in a stovetop skillet.
