pot of campfire bean and weenies

Why We Love This Recipe

This budget-friendly hearty pot of beans can be made on the grill, the campfire, or on the stovetop. It’s perfect for a large potluck gathering or even a small picnic. It’s kid-approved, packed with hot dogs and beans. And clean-up is a breeze since it’s made in a single skillet.

  • All of the ingredients can be easily diced ahead of time for easy assembly when ready to cook.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days. Leftovers reheat easily in the microwave or in a stovetop skillet.
