Ingredients

  • 6 oz. log of goat cheese softened to room temperature
  • 2 tbsp berry jam
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • ¼ cup frozen wild blueberries, thawed
  • honey

Let’s Make Berry Goat Cheese Spread

  • Add goat cheese and jam to a small bowl.
  • Using a small spatula, stir until fully combined.
  • Fold in one teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves, one teaspoon of wild blueberries, and one teaspoon of honey.
  • Transfer to a small serving dish, and top with remaining thyme leaves, honey, and wild berries.

  • Allow the goat cheese to sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours to make it easier to spread.
  • You can substitute frozen blueberries for the small wild blueberry. If berries are wet once they have thawed, gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Make this recipe 1-2 days ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
