- Carefully scoop the potato flesh to create a “bowl”.
- Mash the scooped-out potato flesh with butter, milk, and ½ cup of cheese.

- Return them to the air fryer for 5-8 minutes, checking them frequently to ensure they do not burn.
Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
- Use the Right Potato: Russet potatoes are best for baking as they are low in moisture and high in starch and have a crispy skin when air-fried or baked.
- Shred Cheddar Cheese: Shred your own cheddar cheese whenever possible. Pre-shredded cheeses have a coating that prevents clumping, making it less likely to melt to a creamy texture.
- Preheat air fryer: If you use an air fryer liner, preheat the air fryer without the liner.
- Check for Doneness: Use a fork to check for the doneness of the baked potatoes. The fork should be easily inserted.
- Scooping Potato Flesh: Use a grapefruit spoon to remove the baked potato flesh to create the boat.
