Ingredients
- 1 handful of fresh green beans – tips trimmed
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- Garnish with chopped dry-roasted pistachios
Let’s Make Air Fryer Sweet Chili Blistered Green Beans
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°.
- Wash, pat dry, and trim off the ends of the beans.
- Toss with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add to air fryer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Shake the basket and cook for another 2 minutes. NOTE: See Tips below.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with sweet chili sauce.
- Garnish with chopped dry-roasted pistachios or toasted slivered almonds

- Texture – If you like softer beans increase the total cooking time to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cook.
- Preheat Air Fryer – Preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes to reach the desired heat. If using an air fryer liner, add it after preheating the fryer.
