Why We Love This Recipe
Healthy – Cooking the chicken skewers in an air fryer uses significantly less oil than traditional frying methods. This results in a healthier dish that’s lower in calories and fat, yet still deliciously crispy.
Quick and Convenient – The air fryer speeds up the cooking process, allowing you to prepare the skewers quickly and efficiently. This is perfect for busy weeknights or when you want to whip up a tasty appetizer or meal quickly.
Air Frying Consistency – The air fryer ensures that the chicken skewers are cooked evenly. This consistent cooking method makes it easier to achieve restaurant-quality results at home.

Krazy Kitchen Mom Tips
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in a glass of water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
- Depending upon the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook these in batches of 4 skewers at a time.
- For a quick and easy cleanup, I recommend using air fryer parchment papers for cooking these skewers. Note: preheat the air fryer BEFORE adding the parchment paper.
